We all know it takes repetition to learn new skills, and it takes practice to improve even if we are already a master.
There are practices we recommend for all of our current TMS patients, and for our patients who’ve been successfully treated with TMS, and for most everyone. One of these is exercise; check with your doctor to find out if exercise is safe for you.
Our goal is to stamp out depression worldwide. We depend on you to spread the word that depression is a treatable brain disease. Some practices help depression. Others often make it worse – like drinking alcohol – and should be avoided. Let’s encourage ourselves to practice habits helpful for the health of our bodies and minds.
